Event Day for Vendors
Location of event
We’re moving to the central part of the mall, closer to the main entrance this year!
Where to enter Tri-County Mall
Enter through the doors in the glass atrium at the corner of Princeton Pike (Route 747) and Kemper Road (between B.J.’s Restaurant and Brewhouse and Ethan Allen Furniture). There is ample parking at this corner of the mall as well.
Arrival time
Check-in at Welcome Table when you arrive.
Pick- up name tags, table number, and a pass for access to the complimentary Vendor and Volunteer Break Room.
Volunteers are available to assist with you between 8:20 AM and 9:40 AM.
A volunteer will escort you to your table, give you a short orientation, and provide needed assistance.
After 9:40 AM, volunteers will have other duties and may not be available to incoming vendors.
Sorry, no helium balloons, live animals, or pop-up tents are allowed in the mall.
Break Room
Each year we offer a place for volunteers and vendors to refuel with complimentary light snacks and drinks.
Event Closing
Event is scheduled to close at 4:00pm. Families will be traveling from four-counties to talk with vendors and take part in activities. Thank you for staying until the event ends so that no one misses out on the chance to learn more about your organization.
